Support child terms in taxonomy condition

Sometimes you want to add nodes from a term and its child terms. And it means you have to specify every single term, which not only takes longer but also requires modifying the menu position rule everytime a new term is created.

Scrap that, let's just add this to the taxonomy condition form as a new option.
