Integration with GNU Global

GNU Global is advanced alternative to Ctags. Will be nice to use GNU Global with Emacs IDE for Drupal. There are problems in the current version of GNU Global with Drupal (see http://drupal.org/node/1443418#comment-5620238, http://drupal.org/node/1443418#comment-6075214).

Nowadays, I think it's better to use a language server (LSP) than GNU Global. GNU Global served me well for many years, but today I'm only using language serves.
