I would like to use Views Slideshow with Views Slideshow Xtra Overlay to display a selected number of items at random. I've set the view's sort criteria to "Global: Random" and the overlay attachement's field content doesn't match up. The only way I can get it to match is to have the sort criteria set to something specific, like "Content: Rating:rating (asc)." The pager is set to "Use pager: Display a specified number of items | 10 items." Is there a way to display a random selection of a specific number of items with Views Slideshow Xtra Overlay?
