About Read More content viewing

I have Two Problems with "Read More"

Problem 1:

I have "featured Content Block" prepared to show a link with more results. On the "Read More Page Settings" I set it to show 99 results, however,
--> If I set "Match content with similar keywords" it only shows 10 results (it should show much more)
--> If I don't set "Match content with similar keywords" it shows all the results that should appear.

In "Number of words in title to search against" I have marked 1. If I a increase the value there are less results, of course.

I need to have the "Match content with similar keywords" set and showing more than 10 results if there are more available, and not 10 results maximum.

An example:

The titles of the Nods I have are:

bike
bike test
bike test 2
bike X
bike XX
bike XXXX
bike XXXXX
bike (...)

If I visualize de Nod "bike", it only shows ten more nods tops, when there are really much more. The same happens with every other Nod on the example.

Problem 2

The content shown when clicking on "Read More" has no pager, it shows all the results. Can we have a pager?
