Hi
My Drupal site uses the Support Ticketing System to allow regular website users to post questions (they can only view their own questions), and for Super-Users to see a list of all questions, and provide responses.
However, I do not want more than one Super-User to be able to reply to any 1 question so need some way of locking a question to a Super-User. In the "locked" state, no other Super-User will be able to post a reply to the question.
Please can you let me know whether this is currently possible (my understanding of the "assigned" property is that even people that are not assigned to the question/ticket, can still respond (which is not what I require)
I imagine that I would also need to disable/hide the "update" text field section, until the question/ticket is locked/assigned to the Super-User, so that they didnt waste time writing a response and then in the meantime, another Super-User locked/assigned the ticket/question to them
If it is not currently possible, how could i achieve this?
Please help
