Use highwater for product / product display updates?

Hiya,

I ran into this with a client of mine who was asking if, for the site we are using commerce migrate for, we could have a way to update any products that may have changed since the last migration (the site won't be going live for 3 more weeks, so some products are going to get unpublished, some with have content updates, etc) and from what I can see, commerce migrate currently cannot handle that. I had used highwater on one of my other D6 -> D7 migrations (see http://btmash.com/article/2011-03-25/migrating-content-part-2-nodes) and this would be an easy way to see if there are any products / displays that could be updated instead of rolling back and re-migrating them (not sure if I should be doing this in a separate module as part of the overriding which is certainly possible though I would prefer staying away from that if possible for something like this).
