It's great to be able to do a bulk ticket update from a client queue, but if I'm changing the status and/or owner of a lot of tickets, it's tedious to have to select the change on each ticket. I'd like to suggest adding a separate set of drop-down menus at the bottom of the client queue page (next to the Update text box) which could be used to update all selected tickets.
