Link Title Attribute Showing Full Page Content

This is a bug/feature request:

Currently, the link title displays the full content of the page in the tooltip, rather than just a small summary. While tooltips are great for usability, they shouldn't show the entire content of the page. It should just show a shortened summary.

This is in relation to menus generated by looking at a given taxonomy.

This issue could easily be dealt with by allowing users to specify the title attribute within the taxonomy edit menu, or allowing someone to turn off the attribute altogether.
