Trying to make horizontal menu but it won't change from vertial

Not sure if the title is clear enough (apologies), so let me rephrase this.
I want to have horizontal menu bar at the footer area of my website (clutchconcepts.com). I already have a horizontal menu implemented in the banner area and have no issues with that one. However, when i tried to create the same menu and put it in the footer, it keeps coming out vertically. For this menu, I am using Menu Style: Down and Menu Depth:0

I was thinking it might have been a space issue so I took out all the other blocks in the footer and left just the menu bar but it still comes out vertically.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
