Associate a subdomain and user relationship

This is the functionality I want to have:

When admin adds a user with role "Employer", the created user gets a subdomain
When a person registers on that subdomain, role "Employee" is added to newly created user, and a relationship between the "Employer" and newly created "Employee" is created.
Employee can "shop" only on the subdomain he registered.

How can this be done?
