by default, "Error messages to display" is set to "All messages".
It may has:
- potential security issue
- slow down drupal ? (

- not friendly, too many useless message to end users
as Drupal also recommended this at setting page:
It is recommended that sites running on production environments do not display any errors.
I think default installation should be production ready :)
