Support fetch mail path: destination is a blank page

If you have mail configured in Support, you have the option to download mail via cron, or via the hardcoded mail path (/support/fetch).
If you use the mail path (/support/fetch), the destination is a blank page, giving no feedback to the user of mail actually being fetched.
I've created the attached patch to show a status message indicating how many mails were retrieved.
