Apostrophe showing as HTML in breadcrumb
Example for one breadcrumb with an apostrophe in the page title:
Title:
[current-page:title]
Path:
[current-page:url:path]
Then the breadcrumb displays:
Home » The apostrophe's right there.....
(UTF-8 is enabled via unicode.inc, so I am lost)
