Grant rights to referenced users to a term

Hi !

I've juste read ✨ Can TAC Lite use Term Reference on a User? Closed: outdated and I thought of "what about granting user rights by user reference ?" you can easily list terms where the user is referenced on the user page or so.
Is this a planned feature ? how would you imagine the code to be changed ?
