Installation profile should be able to use hook_form_alter() on install_settings_form()

HI,

There should be an option for hook_form_alter for install_settings_form. if anyone want to change the installation time "Database configuration" (step 4 ) form change (i.e add more databases with drupal project) and want to save it in settings.php as per drupal way.

There is no method to do above expect change in drupal core code.
