Create a new sub module for Javascript Ads, rather than using the HTML Ad

I've created a javascript ad sub module for the Ad module. I based this upon the work already done for the HTML Ad sub module.

This was as a result of requirements for the most recent project I am working on. They wanted to be able to insert a script source file and also handle extra Javascript as well, all without having to add any script tags or deal with the HTML part.

I have created this functionality so that you can add these as separate fields (both the source file and the javascript code) and are wrapped within

tags. They are unset if empty so as not to generate errors on the page. I understand that people may see that this may pose a security risk, but as with the use case that I created this for, some companies may wish to create ads in this way. Also as it relies on permissions you can ensure that the functionality is only given to the people that can be trusted with this. It also saves people trying to get around the filters when using HTML ad.
