oEmbed Filter Presets

I discovered this cool module today, but i'm missing some little feature.
I didn't dive into the code yet, i want to firstly if this feature is planed or easy possible.

My idea is to set default presets for providers and/or to set presets from the input.
I will explain it:
You can set a default preset for providers, which they will use if no preset set. (in the moment every time you copy an url to your node) So you can set different higth/width for issuu links, than for youtube videos and so on.
The advanced feature could be, that the user (if allowed) can set title/height/width in the input field for the video. I think of some tag like [video href="URL" width=400 height=200 title=false] or maybe easier use only predefined presets ([video preset=presetname href="URL"]). Sometimes this can come quite handy, if the video/provider/w/e have some strange resolutions.

And one completly other thing, anyone knows if is it possible with oEmbed to use proFeatures? Like to emebd HD vimeo videos?
