Add Batch API in Cron Tutorial to Batch API docs

Hey,

Recently, I've hit a wall trying to use the Batch API in cron runs. Turns out I wasn't the only person who hit that wall (going from people still asking how to do that down to forum topics from last year, and maybe further). I found a way to do this cleanly using both the Batch API and the Drupal Queue module (backport of the Drupal 7 Queue API).

This morning, I wrote a quick tutorial on it to help someone with this problem out. It might be useful to have that tutorial in the documentation as well (either Batch API documentation, Drupal Queue module's documentation, or both. I don't really know which one of those three), so people will find the answer to this problem faster... or at all.

You can find the tutorial here:

The sample code referred to is for Drupal 6.

Since there has been no discussion here for 14 years I am asking if this still needs to be done. Is this still relevant?

Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, I am setting the status to Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.
