This module is intended to extend Remote Stream Wrapper by allowing for custom remote file schemas, and support for CDN-cached expiration tokens.

Features

1. The ability to create custom file schemes that allows the translation of a scheme to a remote URL so that Files can much more portably and dynamically be moved from domain to domain without necessitating data changes in the file table.
2. Extend/decorate validation of remote file streams beyond the default check to see the file is in the file table, by also comparing the url to one of the named schemas.
3. Allows for easy handling of CDN-cache file updates/expiration via a (configurable) timestamp token.
