Embedding the Dashboard/View

Module will introduce new field type called “Tableau dashboard field”. Adding this field to any entity will allow dashboard to be integrated.

Value of this field should hold name of the Tableau dashboard (view) when creating new content for this entity. Example is: TableauCubeAWS-Fixed10_2/RViDB

Structure of it should look like this:
[workbook name]/[sheet name]/[optional custom view]

If user pastes whole URL to the dashboard, correct substring for successful dashboard load will attempt to be parsed out.
E.g. http://127.0.0.1/#/views/TableauCubeAWS-Fixed10_2/RViDB/Access/customVie...

Saving user state

User can change filters in the embedded view and this changes are then saved for his account so when he revisits the view, saved state is loaded. In order for this to work, user has to have Save permission on the Tableau for the view which he wants to save the state for.

User Groups

In the settings of the module there is a possibility to save group id so when new user is created he also gets enrolled to the group which is defined in the module settings. This can be useful if Tableau admin wants to set group permissions for all users which are made by Drupal.
