Clicking on item in list does not invoke search

I have two search fields using inline ajax search. For both of them the div appears and the list of matching links are correct. However, when I click on one of the results it puts the search result item in the search text box but does not take me to that page. I must then click in the search text box and hit enter to see the resulting page.

Details: The search is on http://www.montgomeryhospital.org
1. Search for a doctor by clicking on the "Find a Doctor" search text box and entering james - you'll get about six doctors in the list.
2. Click on any name.
3. The name is put in the search text box.
4. Click on the name in the search text box
5. Hit 'enter' on the keyboard.
6. Result: You are now directed to the doctor's page.

I need #6 Result to happen at #2
Is this the way it's supposed to work or did I do something wrong in setting it up?
