drush site-upgrade fails on non existant settings_destination folder

Updated 12 December 2023, about 1 year ago

When running "drush site-upgrade" with a fresh Drupal 7 installation as target it fails, because it tries to create a settingsfolder "sites/example.com/settings.php" instead of "sites/example.com".
I provide a patch to fix this.
