Add $node variable for theming ads

This applies to all ad types not just image ads but there isn't component category for that.

Add $node to theme function definitions. This will mean that users can access node variables such as cck content (http://drupal.org/node/824820) or taxonomy terms (http://drupal.org/node/796044) for use in theming ads without hacking module code.
