I attempted using the various meta tags that block browser caches (I list them here).
ALL my Ad nodes were wiped / destoyed out of existence, even from the node revisions table.
At first I had the errors: [...] [...], so I then:
- removed the meta tags
- flushed all caches
- ran cron
To no avail, so I deactivated Ad and installed 6.x-2.2. No success.
I did not have a recent database copy/back-up, so I as so screwed, losing countless hours of HTML ads.
