HTML typo on the "View Resource" page

There's a typo in the HTML for the "View Resource" page (on
my install it's this page:
http://localhost/conStruct/view/ )

The href link associated with the string "Browse for resources" starts with
the following string:

"http://localhostsites/all/modules/...."

This should be

"http://localhost/sites/all/modules/..."
