Need help adding config

This has been bugging me all day, but where on earth do you place the code to add in more configurations???

What Im trying to do is add the autohide function to 'always' on my flowplayer objects.

Theres plenty of people who have described how to do it using javascript
plugins: { controls: { autoHide: 'always', } }

...but they havent said where exactly to put this code!!
I originally thought it should go in the flowplayer.js file, but no idea where!

Please help, im going bald tearing my hair out! :/
