It would great if there was a way to set the "Discard news items older than ..." setting per news feed rather than as an overall default setting for all feeds.
Maybe this could be done by setting the default in the aggregator setting page, and then for each feed have the ability to override this.
It would be also great to be able to put your own period, or at least add to the period drop down list easily. I had to modify the module myself to add longer periods.
