request to add NULL/NOT NULL values in province filter - similar to city ability to chose 'Operator: Is empty (NULL)'

I'm filtering my location view by nodes that haven't set a province or city. For city, I just chose 'Operator: Is empty (NULL)', but for province, there was no such option...

Requesting an option be added to the province filter to allow filtering by 'empty (NULL)' or 'not empty (NOT NULL)' values.
