I have live and test versions of my Drupal system, having different base paths on the same server. I.e. one is at www.mysite.com/live/... and one at www.mysite.com/test/...
If I embed an image using FCKEditor and Image Browser into (say) the Body field it is stored with the path information set to e.g. /test/imagebrowser/view/imagecache/20/small or /live/... depending on which system it was added in.
Can you please explain:
1. Where this path gets translated to the actual location of the image in /sites/default/files/...?
2. Is it possible to arrange that the "/test/" portion of the path is replaced by a variable which gives the base path of the current system. This would allow movement of the database from the test to live system (or vice versa) and still have the images display correctly?
