Duration field type, widget, formatters

Problem/Motivation

In some cases it would be nice to have a form element that allows a user to specify how long a particular event or task should take in granularity of days|hours|minutes that gets stored as total seconds for standardization. With the new daterange feature ✨ Date range field type, widgets, formatters Active , we introduced custom form elements that already make this feature easy to implement that provides a duration form element as well as duration options for custom implementations.

Proposed resolution

Reuse available duration form element and options trait for widget and build formatter logic that programmatically calculates desired output per granularity settings.
