Drupal updated its add a field page in Drupal 10.2, and the tests need to be updated because they are failing on it.
As of pipeline 556876, PHPUnit tests have failed.
The only attempt I've found thus far propses using selectField, however this also fails. It seems the best solution is to conditionally on Drupal version go directly to the Name field type form.
