Submodule to get people started with ai module ai_kickstart

Problem/Motivation

The Drupal project lead (aka user 1) tried to get started with the ai module and could not get it working.
Descriptions/help texts or a checklist or kickstarter were missing. Could not get it to work after x hours.

Proposed resolution

A AI kickstart submodule that guides the developer/site builder trough the process.

1 did you Download/install AI provider?
2 Did you Set up key?
3 Did you Attach key to provider?
4 Did you Set up AI defaults.
5 test it at chat explorer

6 Did you enable Specific implementation? (Could be ckeditor)
7 Did you ?Set up AI logging and turn it on.
