:one: :two: Contribution Tools (VIENNA) — Proposal: Hopefully we are happy with DrupalForge. Works well with browser plug-in. lostcarpark working on form to make it usable without plugin (if a little more manual).

:one: :five: @john-cook has been doing amazing work adding mentoring features in the [updated volunteer app for Vienna 2025](https://dceuv.johncook.me.uk). Please sign up and select mentor tasks.

We have 3 slots currently:
• Tuesday, 16:00-16:45 - James Shields (with assistance from Rachel)
• Wednesday, 15:00-15:45 - Rachel Lawson (with assistance from James)
• Friday, 9:00-12:30 - Chris Darke/Rachel Lawson/James Shields
I think not all slots currently claimed in John's app. One of the Friday slots claimed by "qandeel", who may not realise what they've signed up for...

:three: :one: Lead the accessible and fully-scripted First-time Contributor Workshop at an upcoming DrupalCamp! Local camps are in upcoming separate threads. The goal of this slide deck is that anyone can copy it and make adjustments to cater to their own local or regional event. It is flexible enough to run as an hour workshop or a 2-hour training.

:four: :one: [Mentoring Working Group (MWG)](https://www.drupal.org/project/mentoring/issues/3445579)
We have selected an initial 3-member team who have immediate availability to get started (@ChrisDarke @rachel_norfolk @mradcliffe). You can keep an eye on our progress via issues posted in the mentoring project queue... We have a working document for bylaws and are seeking examples from other working groups and initiatives that have bylaws. There has been some burn out among working group members.

Do you know mentor documentation? Do you want to know mentor documentation? Everyone can help audit documentation across YouTube, drupalcontribution.org, drupal.org guides, drupal.org community page, drupal.org gitlab documentation, drupal.org books, other sites.

:four: :three: First-time Contributor's Workshop. A couple of comments about improving the slides. We need to make it clear which slides are better suited for half-day versus 45-60 minute versions. The initiatives section could use a hidden "help" slide to describe how to create a new initiative slide. [Issue open here](https://www.drupal.org/project/mentoring/issues/3527338).

:four: :four: Member Platform is a new project that is just getting started. Mentors need a place to sign-up and receive information about Mentoring events and opportunities to replace the current OpenSocial site. [Issue for collecting requirements](https://www.drupal.org/project/mentoring/issues/3525926).
