Fix missing validation errors on Paragraphs-nested Name fields

Problem/Motivation

When using the Require on Publish module with Name fields within a Paragraphs field, Name minimum components validation error message is never displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a paragraph type with a required on publish Name field with at least one minimum component.
2. Add that paragraph type as a field to a content type and enable Require on Publish validation for that field.
3. Attempt to publish/unpublish without completing all required subfields.

Actual Result: Only empty validation error message is displayed. Partial fills not meeting minimum components settings does not show the validation error.

Expected Result: A partial fill validation error should be displayed for the Name field.

Proposed Resolution

Update Require on Publish validation so that Name fields within Paragraphs report partial fill errors.
