Problem/Motivation

The project does not currently include a .gitlab-ci.yml file, which is needed to enable automated testing and deployment through GitLab CI/CD.

Proposed resolution

Add a new .gitlab-ci.yml file with defined build, test, and deploy stages to automate the project’s CI/CD pipeline.
