The Paragraphs Library documentation has been updated and is pending a review plus addition to the menu to document this useful feature without much discovery.

Proposed resolution

Review, edit, and add to documentation menu on drupal.org.

Make any necessary edits or mark Page status as Needs work
If no additional edits are required, mark Page status as No known problems
For maintainer: Add page to documentation menu
