Migrate organization logo into file image field instead of media

We’re currently migrating all file fields into media fields. But the media library isn’t a good use case for many files. You wouldn’t browse the media library for your organization’s logo to add it to your organization page. If it did get stored in the media library, it seems like it would be a good idea to reuse the logo on the surface, but if the organization changes their logo, the immediate updates might not be great. For example, if they switch from a logo with transparency to one with a background.
