Patch error during fresh installation

Problem/Motivation

The patch [3531299] Fix for CKEditor v45.02 applied to the drupal/ckeditor_media_resize module during the installation process is causing an error. It appears that the issue addressed by this patch has already been resolved in the module's codebase, see here → , making the patch redundant and leading to conflicts during installation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone Open Intranet repository
2. Run ./launch-intranet.sh
3. Installation fails during config import
4. Site becomes non-functional

Proposed resolution

Remove the patch [3531299] Fix for CKEditor v45.02 from the composer.json file under the extra.patches section, as the issue it addresses has already been resolved in the ckeditor_media_resize module.

Remaining tasks

• Verify that the issue addressed by the patch is indeed resolved in the latest version of the ckeditor_media_resize module.
• Remove the patch from the composer.json file.
• Test the installation process to ensure no errors occur after removing the patch.
