When you have a complex display of tabs already established on the node edit form, the "open all paragraphs" button at the top of the form is causing the form to bunch up.
Enable Gin theme for the back-end
Create or edit a node which has tabs at the top of the form.
Have the option to disable the button that is placed at the top of the node edit form.
This module already provides open/close below buttons on paragraphs.
