UI not opening - brown/beige background top bar - Uncaught TypeError: fluid.uiOptions is not a function

Hi,

When updating to 2.0.2 the fluidUI topbar cannot be interacted with and there's a brown/beige bar at the top (see attached screenshot).
On page load, the browser console (in 4 different browsers) gives me the following error:

Clicking the show/hide button has no effect and also does not trigger any new errors.

I've locked to version 2.0.1 for now - if there's anything I can test please let me know!
