Field of type not showup

Problem/Motivation

'Choose a field of type' does not show up, thus it's impossible to create a base field.

Drupal: 11.2.4
Easy Entity Base Field: 3.1.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Install
2. Enable Content types
3. Try to crease base fields

The base field name can be typed, while 'Choose a field of type' does not show up below it.
