Add a boolean to display an event name

Problem/Motivation

Currently, we display the event name and the year.
For example, Florida Drupal Camp plus the year, Florida Drupal Camp 2026

This issue adds a boolean to display or hide the event name, which sometimes is a year 2026 or a location.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new event platform site and add the date.

Proposed resolution

Add a boolean to hide the field on the Event Horizon theme.

Remaining tasks

Add the yaml files to event_platform_details so they are added by default.
