Problem/Motivation

drush updb results in

Fatal error: Type of Drupal\currency\Plugin\Validation\Constraint\CurrencyCode::$message must be string (as in class Symfony\Component\Validator\Constraints\Regex) in /var/ww  
  w/html/docroot/modules/contrib/currency/src/Plugin/Validation/Constraint/CurrencyCode.php on line 16

Steps to reproduce

Use Drupal 11.

Proposed resolution

Update CurrencyCode and CurrencyNumber so they conform to Regex
