Unable to add table - Undefined array key "created_by"

Problem/Motivation

I was using version of this module 2.0.5 and everything works as expected. However when I install version 2.0.8 I am unable to add any table and there is message like :

Note: in my custom table i don't have any "created_by" column. And if that happens I am no longer to see any other tables. I have to uninstall module and install it again.

So I installed again version 2.0.5 and no issue.
