The "PayPal Checkout" Checkout Flow is intended as an API only checkout flow, used when the Smart Buttons are present on the cart page, and the checkout flow is "skipped".
It can be selected on the Order Type edit page, which cause invalid behavior and possible confusion.
Since we are adding a Fastlane by PayPal checkout flow, this further highlights this option.
We should hide it on the Order Type edit page.
