ecommended method for regularly importing Microsoft 365 users

I am using the O365 module (6.0.0-beta2) on Drupal 10 to synchronize Microsoft 365 users.

I would like to know what method is recommended by the developers and the community to regularly import collaborators, rather than creating users only when they log in for the first time.

Specifically, I would appreciate feedback on the following points:

Does the module provide a scheduled import mechanism via cron to fetch all Microsoft 365 users?

If this is not natively supported, what is the recommended approach:

creating a custom service that queries Microsoft Graph,

or another method?

Are there any known pitfalls or limitations with a full automatic import (e.g., user volume, performance, Microsoft Graph API quotas)?
