On drush updatedb:
[error] OpenAPI REST requires this module and version. Currently using OpenAPI version (Currently using Unresolved dependency OpenAPI (Version >=8.x-2.0-rc1 required))
On Status Report:

Steps to reproduce

  • Upgrade Drupal core to 8.9
  • Run drush updatedb

Proposed resolution

Add version key into openapi.info.yml
