CK buttons for adding columns and rows does not appear

Problem/Motivation

The buttons are not there after updating to version 10.5 of Drupal core

Steps to reproduce

-Set up a site on Drupal 10.4.8 that uses responsive tables in a text format
-Add a responsive table to a text field and observe that the buttons at the bottom of the attached screenshot appear
-Upgrade Drupal core to 10.5
-Apply this patch to make the icon available https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor_responsive_table/issues/3531224#... 🐛 CKEditor unavailable after update to Drupal 10.5.0 Active
-Observe that the icons for adding columns and rows are no longer available

Note that in case the patch might have anything to do with the issue, you might want to test on 1.x. I did not try this because there is no tagged release available for that version on Drupal.org.
