Mismatched entity and/or field definitions in status report for Consumer

Problem/Motivation

In our status report the error of mismatched entity and/or field definitions pops up for entity Consumer:

Mismatched entity and/or field definitions
The following changes were detected in the entity type and field definitions.

Consumer

The Secret field needs to be uninstalled.
The Grant types field needs to be uninstalled.
The Is Confidential? field needs to be uninstalled.
The Scopes field needs to be uninstalled.
The Redirect URIs field needs to be uninstalled.
The Access token expiration time field needs to be uninstalled.
The Refresh token expiration time field needs to be uninstalled.
The User field needs to be uninstalled.
The Use PKCE? field needs to be uninstalled.
The Automatic authorization field needs to be uninstalled.
The Remember previous approval field needs to be uninstalled.

Steps to reproduce

No idea what triggers it but it goes away after clearing cache. I suspect it is caused by Config Preview Deploy → module but the error pops up very inconsistently.
