Enable a Bundle filter

Problem/Motivation

We have a number of use cases where we really do not want certain Bundles (in our case bundles of 'Content' entity type, AKA 'content types') to be tracked at all but we can't seem to do that.

Would it be possible to extend the configuration UI to enable exempting certain bundles with an Entity type from being analyse at all?

That feels like it ought to be a relatively easy thing to provide and it would make for a tremendous jump up in usability.
